About Me
My name’s Karime and I am a passionate, energetic, bilingual event planner. I have many years experience designing, planning and coordinating events and my network spans a variety of industries, with strong connections to an extensive group of experienced professionals and vendors.
Growing up in a close and social family in Mexico, I saw my grandma, mother and aunties planning parties all the time - decorating, cooking and dancing - so it’s in my blood. It was during this time I realized that I wanted to make other people feel as special at their own events as I did growing up.
What makes me different is the experience I have working on all sides of event management - as a full planner and coordinator at a luxury hotel, as a client working as a corporate event manager, as a director hiring event planners to get jobs done and as a diplomat.
Every event is important to me and my number one priority is to make sure you have nothing to worry about on the day. I will be there from start to finish, leaving you to concentrate on having the best time with your guests, creating moments to be cherished for years to come.
Living and working in three countries - and adapting to different cultures - has made me more perceptible, empathetic and understanding, and I pride myself on this. I’m currently based in New York, but can travel.
